I purchased 4 properties during the time frame. Is the $76.62 for all claims per person or per property. I believe that all 4 properties were appraised by LandSafe Appraisal Service . I recently recieved a post card that a check for $76.62 was mailed to me in October 2020 but that it had not been negotiated yet. I do not remember recieving that check. I would appreciate if you can check to see if that amount was for all properties. 3 of the properties were sold on a short sale which resulted in a very large loss for me because i had put 20% down on each property. I can provide the individual addresses if all are separate payments. Please let me know. Thank you
