Suvibes.com is a SCAM. They steal tracking numbers and claim your package was delivered…thus making it hard to make a claim with PayPal. I was fortunate to have my UPS driver who KNEW he wasn’t in my area look into my tracking number. Which came back he delivered it. When he denied he was at my house…then asked whose address was it delivered to? It was to another in my zip code…And another name was tied to that tracking number. Apparently this is more frequently done by EBay…but can be done with new websites.
Same thing happened to me. After placing my order, a support email address appeared with 163.com. I went to this website and found that it is in China. I sent them an email asking where my order was – no reply. I called UPS and they said that the order was delivered to another address in my zip code but could not tell me where. Opened a case with Paypal and waiting to hear back.
We purchased an item from them that was supposed to weigh around 16 pounds – we never received it – we filed a claim with our credit card company and we received a letter from them stating the item was delivered and left at our mailbox. We thought someone stole it, so I went to the post office to see what they could do about it. They said the item that was delivered that day was a 1 ounce item and was left in our mailbox. I remembered receiving a piece of cloth and asked my husband what that was – so evidently we paid $80 for a piece of cloth – just so they had a tracking number to show they delivered something to us. Our bank is still investigating this – but I can’t believe scammers go to that much trouble to get your money.
