As a recent customer of the site I have to warn everyone.
The quality of products is very low. The items look nothing like the pictures. Sizes are completely off. Only the colours and patterns are somewhat true to advertised image.
I ordered a couple of sweaters from this website on October 7th. I received them today, November 9th. I e-mailed them October 18th and November 4th, after my credit card had been charged and I had not received the merchandise. They replied with a shipping locator number that did not include a link. I was ready to call my credit card company to file a complaint when they finally arrived.
Online it appeared the garments were running small. I usually wear a medium or large sweater so just to be safe and because I wanted them to be rather baggy I ordered 3X’s. They barely fit and if I were to guess, because THERE ARE NO LABELS on them, they would be an American small to medium. I would send them back but I’m sure I would never see a refund. It’s my fault for not checking to see if they were scammers in the first place but maybe I can save someone else from falling for their dirty tricks.
I finally received the sweater I had ordered and it arrived months after the order was placed with me contacting the company and being assured it was on the way but late due to the pandemic. The pandemic was on when I ordered and no caution re delivery was forthcoming at that point. Anyhow the sweater is not of the quality in the picture, the fabric looks like shrunken wool, has loose threads all over it and badly put together. Even the colour is not correct to the colour on the ad. It is as though the company takes a sweater image from a more expensive site and copies it and very badly.
