I was also scammed by this company. Possible that you can dispute with your credit card company.
I also ordered on Nov 2nd. I was nervous after not being able to see shipping details. Called credit card company to start an investigation. I ended up receiving my ornaments on Nov 28. I guess their website just isn’t that good. Hopefully my info does not get sold

I am in the same boat. On Nov.7th I received a shipment confirmation from Funkystep and yet here we are on Dec. 11th and still no ornaments have arrived.
I did email them via their page’s ‘contact us’ option mid November and they provided a tracking # but it appears to be in another state’s shipping facility.

Super concerned. I ordered same ornaments on 11/3/20; my credit card was charged and have not received ornaments. Sent an email to FunkyStep. Will call credit card company. If I do get ornaments, will post.
It took a month for me to get cheap plastic ornaments with fuzzy printing. What a disappointing waste of money. They refuse to refund or allow me to return even though their website states 100% satisfaction guarantee. This is a scam, do not order anything from them!
