  3. I pass my order 1 month ago and never receive my order! Realy frustrated!! They charge me in us and it was not mentionate and i call my bank to tell them that is a arnak and it will take 216 days before i can be refound!!!

  4. I ordered 2 puzzles on May 4 and my bank account was debited almost instantly. I did receive a confirmation email but have not received anything cents. I did receive a confirmation email but have not received anything cents. I have not received my products and it’s been over two weeks. I have sent two emails to the customer service site and have not received any correspondence back. I think I’ve been scammed.

  5. I believe this website is a fake and is just a scam to take your money. Their contact information is not helpful whatsoever and they don’t respond back to you when you email them. I was charged immediately and yet have not received any tracking information on my package. I am going through my bank now to dispute this charge for I believe this website to be fraudulent.

  6. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on 5/4/20, my cc was charged immediately, they sent a confirmation and said I would receive an email when it is shipped. I waited two weeks and sent them a couple of emails. There is no phone number to call and they don’t respond to emails. I am beginning to worry that I have been scammed. I know that shipments are delayed due to Covid 19, but they should still respond. This is why people order through Amazon. They are dependable. Unfortunately, this puzzle was not available on it. It was pretty expensive for a puzzle, but it was for my grandson’s birthday and I thought he would love it. Maybe it will arrive for Christmas!

  8. Hopefully you get the right puzzle. Took forever to get my shipment and when I received it ,it was the wrong puzzle. They offered me a credit of 15% back. I asked if they were sending the correct one. Took a week to get back to me. They said no that their policy is not to ship correct one. They would offer me 20% back. I don’t like the puzzle sent. This is very poor customer service. I am now waiting probably another week for a reply to get full refund and take make poor quality puzzle.

  9. I purchased a puzzle. I received the wrong puzzle and no where in the purchasing of the puzzle did online information say the puzzle does not come in a nice box. So I received a beat up shipping box with a bag containing the puzzle AND then the wrong puzzle. I’m working with them now to fix this issue. They have not addressed how to send me the correct puzzle, but that they would give me 15% discount to keep the wrong puzzle received, then it went to 20%…still trying to work with them to ship me the correct product for what I have paid.

  10. I ordered a World Landmark 360 puzzle and after months of waiting received another puzzle. Funny, the puzzle is just in a plain cardboard box, this was to be a gift. Total scam artists! Here is the email that I communicated with as to where my item was, but now this person will not respond.
    I was taken for a RIDE!

    I received the wrong puzzle too!
    They have been emailing back and forth with offers of 15% and more but I want a full refund!
    I am happy to send the crappy puzzle back to them if they send me replied paid mailing information.

  12. It took 6 weeks to receive a jigsaw that I ordered, just to find that it was incomplete. I have written a letter of complaint but as the website is no longer available, I don’t hold much hope of an answer.

  13. Total scam. My “puzzles” finally arrived, but they are not the puzzles I ordered. They are printed on a flimsy cardstock. I haven’t opened them yet, but I can tell they are flimsy because I can see the bag with pieces in it because the puzzle boxes are SO crushed and misshapen since the flimsy boxes were mailed in a flimsy plastic mailing envelope, not a box. SCAM SCAM SCAM. After reading the comments above, I will be reporting to Facebook and PayPal but not trying to return since it seems like a waste of time. The website says the page is “broken”. Grrr. There’s a special place in hell for people who take advantage of others during a pandemic.

  14. I ordered a Love stamps puzzle and paid $35.98 and after quite a while received a horrible, 70’s type puzzle of a psychedelic picture of a woman on a horse, all purple swirls. I contacted the company and as Angelique said above, and it took a very long time to receive an answer. I told them I wanted either the correct puzzle sent or my money refunded, and that I was happy to send the incorrect puzzle back, but I wanted them to send me a postpaid label. For those trying to reach them, the email address is or The final email came from I will say the one thing good is that they did respond. FIrst, they offered me $5 credit. I told them no. Then they offered me an $8 credit. I said no. THEN they offered me $12 back and I could keep the ugly puzzle. Or I could return it to China but that it would cost me more than $20 to ship it back. When I responded that this was not satisfactory, they offered me 30% as compensation but that that us the most they can offer. Or I could ship it back at my expense, to China. Now I am filing a grievance with PAYPAL.

  15. SCAM! I bought a $40 puzzle – not cheap! I received a puzzle about two months later…but it was the wrong puzzle. I emailed them and they offered $20 refund. I want the correct puzzle…still waiting to hear back.
