  1. I ordered a hummingbird flag this morning and wanted to cancel it the same afternoon because I put it on Visa and you were involving paypal, who I do I’d have an account with. I have had trouble with PayPal in the past. I spoke with my bank and was told I would have to wait until the 26 th to dispute it. Cancel my order and send me confirmation.

  2. I ordered a flag May 3 and still have not received it or heard from the company about the order or delay. I’m not sure how legit this company is. I’m about ready to call my credit card and report a fraudulent company.

  3. I ordered a flag as well over two weeks ago and have not yet received it. My paypal was charged. When I questioned the company they sent me a bogus tracking number only stating that the label was printed for shipping 3 Days ago. I feel I’m being scammed and may have to argue the payment through paypal then file a complaint with BBB.

  4. Feeling not too happy, Saw a picture ad of a full size flag, ordered it, I thought, The price was for a full size flag, 30 something dollars anyway. 3 weeks later a midget flag shows up that should have been half that price.

  5. No flag. 2 months ago. Paid 50 plus with shipping. RIP off company n I do believe they are operating in a diff name on FB now. They take your money n run!!!

    1. I order a flag almost 3 months again and yet to received it…they keep telling me in transit and provided a tracking number which show it coming somewhere like China or some Asia company …I totally believe this company is nothing but a big scam….. I want my refund!

    Received my flag. The way it was sewed for the pole to go through, it didn’t fit a regular pole and I had to cut the ends. Not happy. It will fray and not last long. It took long enough for it to get here and now this…Not a happy customer. Do you want me to send it back? For the price I paid, it should have been perfect.       Terrible service.

      Paypal should not be involved such SCAM organization as FLAGWIX.

  7. Purchased two flags that were a fraction of the size that listed on the photo. Took two months but was patient due to covid. Each tiny flag poorly made was $30 each. Contacted company numerous times and they told me if not damaged too bad. Well they are not only misrepresenting in the photos but are the worst made flag I’ve ever seen with raw edges that raffle. I can’t believe I paid $63 for two tiny flags and are no good! Really got scammed.

    Only issues I had was it took too long to received.

  9. Horrible customer service. Almost a month for the flag to arrive. Provided with bogus tracking number that only said label was created. Responses to emails were cryptic. Way over priced for the quality. The words on my flag run off the edge. Two layers of fabric definitely make it heavy duty. I had to add a grommet so it would hang properly. Glad I used PayPal so it would have been easy to dispute. I got very close to doing so. Buyer beware.

  11. I ordered a male and female cardinal flag with the saying, I am always with you. It was to honor my daughter who passed away 3 years ago. I ordered it on May 10, 2020 and they took the money out of my account on May 11, 2020 and I still have not received this flag. I have been going through messenger to inquire about my flag and they have been giving me the runaround every time. I just now tried to message them again but my message wound not send, apparently they blocked me. I think a class action law suit against Flagwix would be the right thing to do for ALL the people they stole from. And they are still advertising on Facebook!!! What a joke.

  13. Ordered a discontinued state flag from Flagwix received a faded flag with splotches of ink all over it. Contacted the company the day i received it. They asked for pictures, which I sent. They said the ink splotches were intentional. REALLY? THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY!! Beware.

  14. Very poor company ordered a flag from them it took a month to receive and had blue ink spots all over it. Will never order from the again and recomend that you look elsewhere for your flag needs.
