I ordered a bike for my husband from this website about 2 weeks ago, and have not received any shipping information about it. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. I would say it is a scam. I have taken action with PayPal to see if I can get my money back.
I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and sent 3 emails asking for a status on shipping but I’m not getting a response. Phone # doesn’t work. If I don’t hear back by Monday, I’ll request a refund which I’m sure I won’t get.
What a shame. I gave them my money and did not get a refund or the item I purchased. Paypal says they’re under investigation. Currently there are 679 customer complaints. How do i get my money back? Please help.

Unfortunately I ordered a bike from the website and I was looking at that website for a while before I ordered it. The terms and policy was short but tiktok’s terms and agrees are as well and distastefully honest. I thought all websites were.
I ordered the bike June 27 through PayPal, but I noticed that I got directed to another website, Dearjohns, I then download shopify to track it and though I would only have to wait less than a week to know where my order is, I never got a conformation from dearjohns. I read the terms of agree again and though it was legit. I waited another week and hoping it would come but now I’m on the third week and I want to take action.
the bike I ordered cost around 150 before the pandemic but since this year they have only been sold on eBay for up to 250. I was very pleased to see dearjohns displaying two of the bikes with the prices close to the original.

Total scam. Take money and don’t deliver. Purchased a futon. Never delivered and made a claim with PayPal. PayPal got a tracking number from seller and as far as they are concerned the futon was delivered.
When we took the tracking to the post office the tracking number was for a 3 ounce package to a PO Box which we do not own.

I ordered a Keter Unity Portable Outdoor Table from Dearjohns on 6/30 and never received the item. Emailed the merchant multiple times and never got any replies. Filed a dispute with PayPal and the merchant provided a fake USPS tracking number which indicated the item was delivered to my town. Upon checking with USPS and obtained the shipping details, the item was delivered to a different address. PayPal refunded me after providing proof from USPS that I never received the delivery.
I can only join this crowd of negative reviews for the same reasons. I ordered some well priced exercise equipment over two months ago – money taken, product not shipped. I was planning on contacting them today, but then read the reviews –
on more than just this site – and see it’d be a waste of time. At least I walk away with a lesson learned: no matter how legitimate a site looks, unless its reputation is already well known, research it first. Have a good one.
