In our childhood, we have come across many cartoons, but few grabbed the attention. Among them, Pokémon is the one which is still existing through its video games, which has become a new craze Worldwide. 

The Pokémon Company published the Pokémon Sword and Shield: The Crown Tundra, which is the second DLC in the role-playing video game of Pokémon Sword and Shield on Nintendo Switch. 

Recently, with Crown Tundra New Clothes and adventures, they have launched it on 22nd October 2020.

The game is based on a new location of snowy mountains set in the southern glacial area known as The Crown Tundra. As it is a role-playing game, the player will control the protagonist embarking on a journey to explore new and old legendary Pokémon from past games. 

What is The Crown Tundra game?

The Japanese company- the Pokémon Company- launched the first game, The Isle of Armor, on 17th June 2020, after which they recently came back with an extension game: The Crown Tundra. 

The game revolves around the legendary Pokémon Calyrex, Crown Tundra New Clothes, and different features that have taken the gaming experience to a whole new level.

Bagging Worldwide popularity, it has introduced new clothing items and features, story and characters, 100+ Pokémon with a new fabled one. The player has to buy the Expansion Pass of $29.99 to access both the games. 

New Clothing and their Access

The centre of attraction of this game is the new Pokémon- Calryex- who can foresee the events of Past, Present, and Future. It has a two-rider form: ice rider and shadow rider. 

Apart from its new story and animation, the developer Game Freak has come up with fascinating Dynamax Adventures, in which you can team up with three other trainees in Crown Tundra New Clothes to explore the wildness of Pokémon Den.

The game has new clothing items that can be accessed by going through the main story and facing new challenges, and capturing awaited Pokémon. 

• Expedition Uniform: by joining Peony’s adventure team and starting the DLC’s main quest.
• Boatneck Sweatshirt: after entering the town, it was given by the mayor of Freezington 
• Gold Expedition Uniform: after completing the three Legendary Quests given by Peony. 
• Sports Uniform: finish the Galarian Star Tournament, which also requires completing Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra. Legendary R-E Hoodie / R-D Hoodie: after catching Regieleki or Regidrago, ask fashion designers. 

Players’ Response

For Crown Tundra New Clothes, gamers have chosen to speak praises about it. Most of the Pokémon fans written positively about the second addition claiming it to be better than the first one. 

They are excited about Crown Tundra and have grown a liking towards the legendary Pokémon- Calyrex. 

Few players seemed to be disappointed and unworthy of spending such an amount of money on a repetition.
