I purchased one hearing aid from VEVO on May 25, 39 days ago. I didn’t get it. According to the Tracking info, it arrived in San Francisco on June 8th, 2020, and stayed there for 17 days. Now it’s in Bloomington CA since June 25, 9 days ago. But it says reads: “Your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 5:10 am on July 3, 2020 in BLOOMINGTON, CA 92316. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. ”

I made the same fatal mistake and ordered from them, too. My order was sent on the 10th of April . Since then, trucking is out of funcion and all the emails I have sent have been ignored. They are a band of crooks and I regret not having read these views before ordering from them.
I ordered on June 6 and here it is July 22 and I have not received them. The tracking shows it went to NY and now to someplace in Texas–not here at my home just north of Houston. My e-mail from them says they are trying to look into it. VERY disappointed–I paid for them and hope they work IF I ever get them.

My husband didn’t like them so I returned them and sent a e-mail to them stating they were sent back to them, they replied don’t return give them to someone that could use them and they will refund my money.
