I ordered 4 pair of chacos sandals in early may. Took two weeks for response from email and only to receive a tracking number that shows package has never been received by the carrier for delivery. I have emailed everyday for a week asking for a refund or new tracking number to track my order only to receive absolute silence from them. The only way to contact them is via email which is not answered. I believe I was scammed and still continue to wait to see if I’m getting my $250.00 worth of shoes (not holding my breathe). I just received my order after some time..due to Covid im sure everything is backed up. I received one pair I ordered correctly the other was wrong color and style. Emailed and waiting response. No receipt in order so not sure what the wrong pair they sent even cost or name of the style.
Bought from the sandalssstore and it took awhile to get the shoes but they shipped the right ones. I tried them on and they are too tight and my big toe turns red and starts to swell. Asked to return the kept asking me if I would like 15$ back which I spent 70 and I asked for a full refund we went back and forth for like 2 weeks they sent me a return address in Mandarin? I think . Finally after weekss of back and forth I just reported it to PayPal. They spent me the address in English and told me to ship it back it would have been 60$ to send back and there’s no guarantee they would even say they received the package. Sooo I’m here with 70$ shoes that aren’t real and aren’t worth 20$ and I can’t wear them.
