They are a ripoff. Canceled my order a week ago and they said they shipped it today. Will not refund my money and just give you the run around. Report them to the BBB. This so called company is a joke.

They begged me not to cancel I said no just cancel. 3 days after that I receive a shipping confirmation. WTF?? Don’t order from them. It’s been almost a month and still haven’t received anything. Yeah I finally got mine almost 2 months after ordering no instructions if it wasn’t a refund they tell me I have to pay the shipping. I will be threatening them with BBB and attorney general report

This company is a total scam. Ordered on July 2nd. It’s August 20th and still not here, though it seems to be on the was, but has not moved since 8/5. Calling my cc company and disputing the charge.
Absolutely a joke. Took over two months to get here and when it did it didn’t work. They will not respond at all. Stay away from this joke of a company. They are a completely rip off.
I had to email them through PayPal and apparently they must have told them they were gonna refund my money if they didn’t send my ac. I ordered my two ac units 2 months prior and only had 2 emails from them and one was a tracking number that didn’t exist. I did receive my AC units only 4 days after I threatened them through PayPal. So don’t order from them. You can find the exact same ac units on eBay and they’re 15$ cheaper!! Fraudulent fuckers!!
I waited 4 months for mine. I had to open a resolution case with Paypal, they asked me to cancel my compliant and they will give me $10.00 off. I paid $40.00. I replied to their email, that I was not canceling the complaint until I get my item or my money back, once you cancel a compliant with Paypal you cant open it. I already waited over 3 months for the item, purchase on IG. I paid $40.00 and it not worth it. The items look nothing like it in the ad. Looks very cheap. But it does work, it is very cool. I received my “air conditioner” about 2 months after I ordered it. It is nothing more than a little fan. This is nothing more than a very small desk fan. The “instructions” are extremely vague as to where the water is supposed to go. The “instructions” contain several typos and does not impress me in the least.
