they charge for shipping and it takes almost 2 months to get your items. I bought the X3 with free shipping worth every penny and got it in 3 days.
This review was either paid for or written by one of their employees. You can tell by the way it was written. This company is a joke and a rip off. They have the worst customer service and product. They remove all negative comments on their social media platforms as well so people can’t see what type of company they really are.

AVOID. This item is subpar (the fitness bar), and took just over TWO MONTHS to arrive from China. Repeated contact with the REDGE FIT folks via email (After 6 weeks of not receiving the item and asking for a refund) gave no results (“Here is the tracking number. Thank you.”). So freaking frustrating, and a waste of money.
This company is scam they will send you a bullshit product and expect you to pay a hundred plus for shipping to return to the United Kingdom don’t waste you time with these idiots. I’m actually being modest to what I really want to say.
