Please DO NOT order anything from Readeta. I ordered a $70 Train Table and Set. More than a month later all I received was 3 cheapo face masks. The website uses pictures of items stolen plagiarized from other websites to reel in buyers. I should have suspected fraud when the number listed on the website was out of service and the customer service over email responded to my queries with vague answers.
The same thing happened to me! I also received face masks instead of my item, emailed them and I agreed to have them send correct item. Still have not received it, original order was place in June. I emailed them again and they stated the parcel is lost if I wanted them to resend?? Uummm no thank you I’d like my refund. Response was 70%. Then next email said they would have to charge me $10 handling fee. So they want to charge me for mishandling the item??? They still have not given me a dollar amount of refund. Never order from them again!
