They operate what I consider to be a very questionable pricing method. When you order for the first time from them and you buy more than one item, AFTER PAYMENT, they offer you a further reduction if you ADD TO THE SAME ORDER. I questioned this and asked for consideration of a refund as this offer was not pre-payment notified,and they lied and said it was an offer for a SECOND order – which it definitely was not. BTW – DON’T GET CONNED – THIS IS A CHINESE OPERATION!!
Wish I had read this before I ordered. thought it was a UK company but Hay Ho guess what its from China. saw the Advert on Facebook (say no more) I ordered Sept sets of Beanie hats and scarf sets. paid by PayPal, they took my money but I haven’t even had an order confirmation
Complete scam!! ORDERING system has a fraudulent element. It,s a Chinese company using false European names for its staff. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I am disgusted and ashamed that I ordered from this company, if it is a company at all, they took my money for leggings back on 3rd December but I have received nothing from them . A BIG CON !!!!!! Goodness knows how much money they are making from people like me.
