I ordered on Oct 30 – It is now Nov 21. Now the tracking URL goes to a 404 page on their site (does not exist) And the email address for their support email support@tellmeline.com bounces saying no domain.. YEP SCAM! I threw away $90 Calling my credit card company to get my money back.
I would not recommend buying these leggings. I took a chance and went for it and I regret it. They aren’t cheap either, after the shipping, we’re talking over 50$ for a pair of leggings- here’s the sauce:
I’m normally a size extra small. I ordered a medium. That’s two sizes up.
I can BARELY squeeze into these. They are like a child’s sizing. When I manage to pull them all the way up, which is extremely difficult because they are so tight (like I said- I’m normally an extra small, and I ordered two sizes up!!!) they are about two inches above my ankle. I’m 5″4.

It does not give company location. So more than likely it comes from China, usually 4-6 weeks delivery. Now, they offer refunds but you must pay return shipping. Here is what happens, you must return shipping of item to China (in my case $45 shipping charge, paid by me, consumer) are you going to pay $45 shipping to get a $37 return? I even fought this thru Pay pal and getting no satisfaction. This is the way most products from China work. Inferior products they know you won’t return due to return shipping cost. Unless they pay return shipping I would not purchase.

Not at all like the ad says. No Cashmere lining. Not true to size. I would have to order @ 5xl in order for it to fit, when I’m usually a Large in woman’s or (12/14). I ordered these leggings and I’m normally a small or x-small. I ordered small and they can barely make it up my leg. It’s like they are children’s size with no stretch. The length was also way too short and I’m only 5’5”. When I emailed them to ask for a refund (because their website says they give a refund within 30 days) their response was, we sent you the items you ordered so we won’t be refunding or exchanging. Ordered a large in these because of the Asian product warning (I normally take a medium). I’m 5’4″, 135lbs, most of it muscle. When I pulled the product out of the package, I was dismayed that they appeared so tiny. Like something my 12 year old niece the gymnast could wear. But, given that they were advertised as “super stretchy” I bravely forged ahead to try them on.
Well, let me say it wasn’t a complete shock when I couldn’t get them up past my thighs. Mind you, their own size chart says “Hip:82-108cm/32.28-42.52”, so I was hopeful. Needless to say, super stretchy is a lie. Additionally, even though they were not even up to my hips, they were already 2 inches short at the ankles. If I actually had gotten them up to my waist where they were supposed to sit, these would have been 5 inches too short.
Okay, I reasoned with myself, I took a shot. I’ll just return them. This is when the REAL disappointment started. First I was asked to send photos of how the product wasn’t not working properly. Um….I refused. I was about to send photos of my trying to pull up these leggings over my bum. When I politely declined, I was asked to send photos of the sku tag. I did. I was then informed that they had sent me what I ordered so no return allowed. Seriously, you ask? Which is what I asked also. I sent them an email that acknowledged that they were correct in that I got what I ordered. What I reminded them, was that the items did not fit. So please let me return them. Again with the “So sorry, we sent you what you ordered. No returns. This is not our fault.” Again, I pointed out the whole it didn’t fit thing, and that any online clothing company would allow returns or exchanges if ordered clothes didn’t fit. Again, the So Sorry email. Not even an offer of an exchange.
At this point, I’m out $100 for a product that is not of quality material (plastic like on the outside, very thin cashmere(?) on the inside), is sized for a child’s figure, has almost zero elasticity, and would be 5 inches too short if I was ever able to get them on completely.
DO NOT buy this product. Or if you are brave or foolish, buy 4 sizes larger than normal. That is what I figure it would take.
Definitely a scam. What I received I could have made myself when I had to take a home economics class in high school and, like the sweat pants I made at the time, they don’t fit. At the time you read these lines, I am probably dead because my spouse has killed me for buying her such a crappy Christmas present. I ordered a few pair for Christmas gifts and what normally fits my medium sized friend was too small. I contacted Temptlife about returning the one item (I can’t return it within the 30 day window as stated in their policy as it took longer then that to get it here (Canada) and then shipped to my friend). I got a quick and friendly reply stating that since they sent me the size I ordered they would not be willing to send me a refund.
My husband ordered these cashmere leggings! He was so excited he bought something for me without it being a holiday. It took over a month (there is a 30 day) return policy. When I got these cashmere leggings I could barely get them over my legs. I had never seen the product my husband ordered until after I Told them they didn’t fit me. The leggings I received were only fleece lined. Nothing of what my husband ordered. They told me t was what my husband ordered even though I showed them the picture out of the email snd the picture of what I received. The last e-mail they sent to me “if there is any problems with the product I suggest you keep it and where it or give it to someone who can use it”.
Do NOT buy from them. Total scam artists. Leggings are NOT according to THEIR sizing chart. I am a small and should have been a small according to the chart….I ordered an XL for my daughter and even that does not fit me. The company completely disregarded my complaint and would not even exchange them for a larger size. So I am out that money with leggings that would only fit a tiny 8 years old.

There sizing chart is a complete farce and the when I contacted them about returning the item I bought for a bigger size , I was told through there customer service site that”. I received the items from them, but even though I ordered adult Medium size, the pants that I received were too small for my slim 12-year-old daughter.
What they send does not match the advertising pictures. They say reimbursement 100% guarantee, but they will deny that always stating that they sent what I ordered. I tried to reason with them telling them that what they sent me is not what they advertise and that they say on their website that they will reimburse 100% guaranteed, but they don’t care about that.
If your money is important to you, then stay away from them.

Size chart is not accurate. They send you leggings without any tags in them or any indication on them of what size they are. After I complained they actually asked me to send an image of the leggings not fitting on the woman! This should be illegal and this company should be reported. I actually asked them if this was for real and that this request is highly unusual. They just repeated that they wanted proof that they did not fit. Shame on them. Stay away from this company!!!
100% this is a SCAM as so many have described above. Same experience as others, bogus size, bogus quality, not as advertised. Also “customer service” responds with “you were sent what you ordered so there are no refunds or exchanges,” even after sending them the a copy of their ad with the thick lined pants compared to a picture of the bogus pants they sent. This is fraud and false advertising. Karma will get them.

Temptlife is a terrible company. Their ads are misleading, their products are garbage, and their customer service is awful. They don’t offer refunds or exchanges when you are dissatisfied. And they treat you in a condescending manner.
I recently ordered a pair of leggings from the company for my wife. The leggings were advertised as slick on the outside and furry on the inside. They were neither. The material was the cheapest I’ve ever seen and the sizing was way off. My wife is typically a small but we ordered a medium to be safe. The leggings we received were so tiny that she couldn’t even fit them over her thighs.
