I don’t think this company is actually doing their business, I ordered a pair of black sneaker, however after more than one month, I still haven’t received the item. When contact the numbers, it says it is not a valid number, also on the email contact, no response either. It is not too ligit for me at all.

DON’T BUY THESE SHOES! I put an order in back in Feb. 2021 and Hypersoft refuses to communicate with me! I’ve contacted them five times just trying to get a status and tracking number. They PROMISED me several times to give me the status and tracking numbers. THEY LIED every time! Maybe the shoes are great, I’ll never know. It’s a total rip off. My wife really wanted these for the trip we planned for our anniversary. Ordered in Feb. but they refuse to get them to me by April! I’ve been patient and understanding of a start up company, even the mess with COVID-19, but refusing to communicate and lying to me it the end. They cannot ever get my name correct. Worse business I’ve ever tried to deal with, blatantly treat customers as complete fools
Hypersoft is just another elaborate scam. Delivery was supposed to be in 10 – 14 days. I placed my order 6 weeks ago and still nothing. I tried to follow up on the order and initially got what looks like an automated reply, but nothing further and can’t seem to get ant other response. Another win for the scammers!

After my post above, I received the apparently very contrite and concerned reply below, asking me to contact “Lara’. Well, I did and get guess what? Nothing, no reply. It turns out ‘Lara’ is not real, just another automated message. It’s the same old story, take the money, don’t deliver, and then string along the buyer until they get fed up and abandon the process. Beware!
I ordered and received the hypersoft sneakers after a very long wait. The fit was not good and the shoes were of average quality so I returned them. It’s been 3 weeks and the refund has not been issued. I have emailed a couple of times and get very polite responses but no action on my refund. Now, after having said the shoes were being inspected at their warehouse, they are asking for a tracking number in order to process the refund. The phone number seems suspicious because I’m unable to leave a message.
