  1. Do not order from this company. My order was incorrect and their “alleged” on-line chat is not with “real people”. It appears to be totally automated and you have to give credit card info and pay $1.00 to join another company to get an answer to a simple question. Live and learn.

  2. I ordered cleaning supplies on 4/25/20 and still do not have the order! Yet they charged my credit card $75 for items they obviously don’t have or unable to get. I’ve emailed probably a dozen times and called and left messages. No response. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

  3. Ordered and paid for two items 7 days ago. I have no idea what the status is and they have not responded to my two emails and the phone number on the website states “mailbox is full” when you call. Going to have to contact my credit card company for a refund.

  4. My recurring order was declined recently so I updated my credit card but ran into a glitch. I emailed this company about this problem three times, but I’ve yet to hear from them.

  5. I got a yard cart n it came without screws to connect handle n I’m still waiting almost 2 months! Said they mailed month ago but I haven’t received. Not very customer friendly

  6. Placed the order with Homesupply on 5/1. Never received the order. No responses to my phone calls or emails. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Homesupply never responded to BBB either. I received a random call from Homesupply on 6/26 informing me the product was on back order and won’t be in until the next week. I told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have not received a refund. I filed a complaint with the General Attorney of Florida also. Do not order from this company because it is fraudulent. You can read the reviews online from many people who got scammed from them.

  7. Hello all! Fellow bamboozled citizen here. I highly recommend you DO NOT order anything from Homesupply.com for the following reasons:
    1) They suck because I placed an order on 5/1 and have not received this order.
    2) They suck because they have not responded to my multiple phone calls and emails.
    3) They suck because I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they never responded to BBB either.
    4) They suck because I received a random phone call from someone at Homesupply.com on 6/26 to let me know the product was on backorder until the next week.
    5) They suck because when I received this random call on 6/26 I told them to cancel my order and issue a refund. I have not received a refund.
    6) They suck because they are a fraudulent company.
    7) They suck because they stole my money.

  8. This company is very fraudulent to say the least. I also had troubles with them responding to my messages and phone calls which totaled over 10+ times, not counting all the messages I sent them and emails to cancel my subscription, but to no-avail. They outright will take your money and offer no continuing service for the product you have ordered. I did get my first order as usual and on time but from then forward I’ve been waiting for my shipments and have not received them. I contacted the BBB in Miami Florida and filed a complaint against them, as well here in my own state with the Attorney General”s Office, and within a week they refunded back into my account the money they owed me, (recommending doing what I did).

    I filed a dispute with the BBB in Miami Florida, Attorney General’s Office in my state and my credit-union I belong too. I advise others to do the same.

  9. Same as all the others – It’s a scam company. I have emailed many times with no response. You can only cancel this horrible service via email per their instructions. No responses. They have charged me multiple times. They have not shipped the product. Scam, stay away from.
