This online store is not legitimate A Scam. They have no real customer service. I have been waiting 2 months to get my order. The one response I received after countless emails demanding a refund was with a fake tracking #. It showed a label was made over a month ago but no shipping information.

Gentryzee is a complete scam. I placed an order for slippers on Dec 6, 2020, hoping to get them for Christmas. I finally received a product (slippers) on January 21, 2021. What I received was not at all what I ordered. What I received was a cheap knockoff, wrong color, the name on the slippers was different, cheap quality.
I had sent them 2 emails inquiring where my order was, and never got a response. I had given up. They don’t publish a phone number where they can be reached. The product was shipped from overseas somewhere, and arrived via JFK and USPS.
Don’t get scammed. Stay away from Gentryzee.
Still haven’t received my purchase. Order was placed on 1/6/21. Was sent an Email from Gentryzee on 1/17 stated item has shipped with tracking number. On 1/21 checked tracking and item had not yet been received by USPS. Sent Email to customer Service expressing my disapproval. Got no response. Just checked tracking again (1/23/21) and USPS has still not received it. Prices may be good but service absolutely SUCKS!!!
Vankin Company Limited is a scam company. We ordered a garden kneeling stool from them and never got it. I you look at their Facebook site you will see about
five people saying it is a scam site. They say made in American but I believe them to be a Chinese company.
Vankin Company Limited is doing business under multiple names. They have advertised on Facebook Marketplace in U. S. under “cleansunny” and “vaststarrysky”.
They advertised a product (squirrel-proof bird feeder) and copied the complete advertisement from a reputable U. S. manufacturer (Droll Yankee). I ordered the product in late November. 2020 and paid with a credit card. Soon after, the “cleansunny” advertisement was changed to an inferior product . I wrote to them, and they stated the product had already been shipped. A short while later, they (this time “vaststarrysky”) advertised the same, higher quality bird feeder. I finally received a package from China on January 21, 2021. It was grossly inferior and bore no relation to the advertised products. The company claims it will cost $20 to return and have offered me a 20- 30% discount to keep the (junk) product. … which I have no intention of keeping , nor will I pay to return!
I have blocked payment to the seller (cleansunny -> Vankin) with my bank.
I have fully reported this to US Federal Trade Commission as a fraudulent, bait and switch sales organization.

St AY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! i ALWAYS ORDER FROM QVC AND HAVE RECEIDED THE ITEM INT ABOUT 2 WEEKS.
My experience with these crooks is about the same as several of the above posters. I ordered a coat from Gentryzee on January 2, 2021 which I have yet to receive.
After numerous emails (which they ignored) I finally received a tracking number that proved to be bogus.
This company is an absolute scam…DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered shoes on Feb. 14 and received on March 4. They are not a size US 11. The shoe box has Chinese lettering on it. This isn’t the first time I’ve been scammed by buying shoes from China. The last one was from a site called Pearlfleet. I complained to Pearlfleet and was told I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I gave the shoes away instead. I suspect I’ll get a similar response from Gentryzee. I’ve learned my lesson.. stick with well known retailers.

My experience – Ordered two pair of slippers which took 3 weeks go receive (not a huge deal). The product did arrive with one pair being the wrong size that I had ordered. Sent email to support and received reply “We are very sorry to hear that the size can’t be fit. In order to show our sincere apology for this issue, we would like to issue a partial refund of 10% to you as a compensation and you could keep the item to save your time and money. Is it acceptable for you? If you really don’t want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it. If you think the solution is not good enough, please let us know.” This is following the path of other posts (10% refund offer). I have responded and will see what comes back.
Total scam. Got my “boots” after a long wait. These dirtbags need to be taken off the web. Boots are more like slippers, received wrong size, wrong color. No communication for a refund/return. Sorry I didn’t check reviews before I ordered. Bummer, stay away from these swindlers.
