I got scammed from clotheusa.com. how do I get my money back ? Do i need to cancel my debit card?
After waiting over a month my tops finally arrived. The material is so thin and cheap. The top I ordered had sleeves on it that would fit a 3X person. I ordered large. The sweatshirt ran very small and is NOT sweatshirt material. I’ve been trying to get an address to return these items but thus far no luck. So sorry I ordered ANYTHING from this company.
Scam. I ordered on 9/18/20 and received and confirmation email and nothing. I’ve emailed twice and still nothing…. ??♀️ Lesson learned
I would never invest my money on any of their product ever again.. the clothing are poorly made and I didn’t get my full oder waited nearly 2 to 3 months before I recieve my order .. plus because my order was over a certain amount I received a gift.. Due to them not sending my complete order they charged me for the free gift.. absolutely horrible product.. sizes are totally not the correct sizes at all
They are a scam! Located in China. It took six weeks to get my item which was nothing like pictured and was shoddily made. Communication is from someone in China and is written like it is from a grade schooler. First they offered to refund $3, then $5. I took it to PayPal (which is how I paid.) I now have been offered a full refund – if I send it back to China!! It will cost more than I paid!
